How To Make
450g (1lb) cooked potatoes
225g (1/2lb) peas
225g (1/2lb) sweetcorn
1 1/2 cooks spoons curry powder
Cumin and salt and pepper to taste
Fry onions in a little oil, add the spices and cook out for a few mins.
Add to the cooked potato, peas, and sweetcorn.
Mix well until mix binds together, season well.
Use 1 sheet of filo pastry per samosa
Cook 200°C / 400°F / gas mark 6 until golden.a
