» Vegetable Lasagne
How To Make
1 1/2 Red onions
1 1/2 Red peppers
1/2 cloves garlic
1 tin of tomatoes
1 tsp spoon mixed herbs
75g White flour
1 1/2 pints milk
150g grated Cheese
Chop onion, garlic and fry until soft.
Add mixed herbs and blended tomatoes.
Then add sugar, salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter, add flour to make a rue.
Cook out and then add the milk, when thick add cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onions, courgettes, red peppers into large chunks.
Drizzle with vegetable oil and put in oven and roast until soft.
In a large over proof dish put tomato sauce to cover the bottom.
Then add a layer of roasted vegetables, then add a layer of lasagne sheets, then add a layer of cheese sauces.
Repeat layers until done.
Then top lasagne with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
