Wholemeal Shortcrust Pastry

Serves 2 

  • 200g (7oz) wholemeal flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 50g (2oz) butter
  • 50g (2oz) nut butter
  • 3 tbsp water
  1. Place the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Rub in the fats until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  3. Add sufficient water to give a soft manageable dough.
