Wholemeal Shortcrust Pastry

Serves 2
200g (7oz) wholemeal flour
2tsp baking powder
50g (2oz) butter
50g (2oz) nut butter
3 tbsp water
Place the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Rub in the fats until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Add sufficient water to give a soft manageable dough.
